About Network for Developing Conscious Communities
Rarely will you find nationally within communities leaders of different income groups, profession and ideologies sharing similar and collective spiritual principles based on consciousness community development…
Network for Developing Consciousness Communities is a spiritually based leadership and community development network organization.
We foster conscious innovative and collaborative relationships among professionals from different sectors of community development movements that are necessary to address the complexity of today’s challenges. While building economically competitive and equitable communities, our organization directly confront the disconnect that exists in American communities around leadership, income disparity and indigenous decision making.
This work is envisioned growing nationwide. Network for Developing Conscious Communities is looking forward to establishing national affiliates.
Our Mission
The Network for Developing Conscious Communities (NDCC) is devoted to fostering the understanding and use of universal spiritual principles in the evolution of community development programs and projects. To heighten the conscious of indigenous leaders to incorporate through practice these universal spiritual principles as tools to developing leadership skills.
We strengthen the capacities of organizations through successfully preparing and connecting leaders within organizations to one another; guide the development of conscious economic and social projects to create sustainability; promote the inherent spiritual values which can transform communities from isolation to sustainable economic movements working collectively in concert with each other to support mutual economic goals and community aspirations.
Therefore, we inspire conscious transformational change at the community level, at the organizational level and at the physical level through three integrated programs: 1) an organizational movement that provides individuals, organizations and private sector to share measures of successful conscious community development 2) promote a annual leadership conference to explore best practices of conscious community development 3) provide indigenous leadership with spiritual and technical consultation in the development of community projects.
Guiding Principles & Organizational Outcomes
Network for Developing Conscious Communities seeks to foster the conscious development of indigenous community development where spiritual principles are strongly rooted in development projects and leadership.
