Conscious community development is mindful principle based practice where connectivity exists between people and community development initiatives.

"The Network for Developing Conscious Communities gives us a chance to come together with our fellow anchors, with our community partners, and with neighborhood leaders to agree on goals, tactics, and metrics, and to secure the future that all of us want."
Dr. Jay Perman
President, University Maryland at Baltimore
